"Danyell Moon, Professional; Eloquent; Diligent. These are few words to describe my experience working with Danyell. Our initial call was about auto insurance. She wasn't able to beat my rate at the time we spoke but it's as if fate brought the interaction together. I was in the market so HOI (home owners insurance) so i asked her for a quote. The binder she provided was cheaper than the bundle binder from my current auto insurance provider's quote for home and auto. Suffice to say I would be saving hundreds of dollars/year with the quote she put together. It was great connecting with you and look forward to the continued support in protecting my home and cars."

"Do not use this office! I have been a customer for about two years. My monthly premium changes literally every 2-3 months, (no changes made by me to my policy). I have called numerous times last call was about 3 weeks ago. They always say they will look into it but I never get a call back. Definitely looking into changing to another office or leaving State Farm all together."

I was signing up for renters insurance, and she went over all the different options and deductibles with me. She never made me feel like I was asking too many things.
